Transparency & Value: Our Pricing Policy

In professional real estate media, pricing reflects much more than just the time spent on-site. It is a calculation of usage rights, professional liability, and the specific value of the transaction being supported. Different sectors have vastly different requirements for the final output and how those images are legally utilized.

To provide full clarity on our structure, here is a breakdown of how we define and price our services across various sectors.

1. Residential (Retail) vs. FSBO

Standard residential shoots for real estate agents are designed for high-volume efficiency and carry a “limited-life” license—meaning the photos are used specifically to market the property until it is sold.

  • Retail/Agent Pricing: This serves as our baseline. We prioritize long-term, repeat-business relationships with agents who understand the professional workflow and preparation required.

  • FSBO (For Sale By Owner): These projects often involve additional coordination and “hand-holding.” Because homeowners may not have a property “camera-ready” in the same way a professional agent would, these one-off fees account for the extra time required for on-site staging and meticulous editing.

2. Vacation Rentals (Airbnb/VRBO)

Pricing for vacation rentals is based on the Life of the Asset.

  • The Value: Unlike a standard sale where photos are used for a few months, a vacation rental utilizes these images for years to generate consistent booking revenue.

  • The Effort: These shoots require a “magazine-style” approach. We focus on “lifestyle” details—the texture of the linens, the ambiance of a coffee nook, and the local scenery—to sell an experience rather than just a floor plan.

  • The Justification: Our rates reflect a long-term commercial license and a more meticulous, detail-oriented shooting process.

3. Commercial Real Estate

Commercial shoots (offices, retail hubs, and industrial warehouses) represent our most specialized tier for three key reasons:

  • Liability & Access: Commercial sites often require higher insurance limits and complex scheduling, including after-hours access or security escorts.

  • Usage Rights: These images carry broad licensing for use in national marketing campaigns, annual reports, and corporate websites indefinitely.

  • Technical Complexity: Larger spaces require advanced lighting techniques to balance mixed light sources and specialized wide-angle corrections to ensure architectural integrity.

Holding Steady for 2026

While many industry costs continue to rise, we will not be raising our prices in 2026.

We deeply value the relationships we have built with our local partners. Our goal is to remain a reliable, high-value asset for your business, helping you close deals and showcase properties with the highest standard of professional media throughout the coming year.

"Residential pricing is structured for the fast-paced nature of home sales where photos have a short shelf-life.

For vacation rentals or commercial properties, the pricing reflects a long-term commercial license and the specialized equipment and editing required to produce marketing-grade assets that will represent your brand for years to come."
