Standard Image Licensing Agreement
1. Grant of License: Upon full payment, Bob Taylor Photography grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for the sole purpose of marketing the property listed. This license is valid for the duration of the listing and terminates once the property is sold, leased, or the listing agreement expires.
2. Copyright Ownership: All images remain the intellectual property of Bob Taylor Photography. Copyright is not transferred to the Client.
3. Third-Party Use & Relicensing: Images may not be sold, given, or transferred to any third party (including other agents, homeowners, builders, or staging companies) without express written consent. If a new agent takes over a listing and wishes to use existing photos, a separate “re-use license” fee will apply.
4. Credit & Watermarking: While not required for MLS usage, photo credit to Bob Taylor Photography is appreciated for social media or editorial features. Altering or removing metadata is prohibited.
Terms included in every emailed invoice
By downloading these images, you agree to the following: Payment will be made within 7 days of receipt. If payment is by check, please mail to 3201 Longview Dr, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406 and please advise by return email that you are using this method of payment.
The Photographer remains the only owner of all photos produced. Images provided are “one-time-use” and may only be used by the customer for reproduction at the time of purchase.
Third parties must contact Bob Taylor Photography (Havadrone) if they wish to use the provided image(s). The Client is permitted to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the Photos for personal purpose and to promote the Property.
The Photos can’t be reproduced by a third party for purposes not related to the promotion of the Property. Any modification of this license must be with the express permission of Photographer and may require the payment of additional fees.
All images are provided ‘as-is’ which will have been edited and sized for listing. Additional editing is available but may incur additional charge. Images that are provided for a rental / vacation home, may not be used for the sale of the property without first contacting Bob Taylor Photography and paying the required invoice.
The Photographer is permitted to reproduce and distribute the Photos of the Property, with the sole purpose of promoting his own business. The Photographer is not permitted to give or sell the Photos to other parties or distribute them through stock photography channels.
